Nauvoo Gingerbread Cookies

1 c sugar
1 c molasses
3/4 c oil
1/2 c hot water

Combine - Rinse molasses out of cup with hot water
Add: 2 eggs

Mix together the following:
1 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1 t ginger
6-7 c flour

Refrigerate dough.  Roll out and cut with cookie cutter - Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
