1 lb. ground beef or venison
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 t. pepper
1 t. salt
Little squirt of ketchup
Small drizzle of Worcestershire sauce
2 T. flour
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked as directed on package
Brown hamburger with onions and seasonings. Drain grease. Make sauce by adding flour and butter to burger. Add soup and then sour cream. Heat through but do not allow to boil. Serve over cooked egg noodles. You can also serve over rice.
